A cold, high-protein twist on the classic campfire s’more made with real protein powder and creamy whipped topping.

Ingredients

910 oz thawed whipped topping (like Cocowhip)
1 scoop (25-30g) vanilla protein powder
18 square graham crackers
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper with overhang.
  2. Arrange 9 graham crackers in a single layer at the bottom, flat side up.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals in the microwave until smooth.
  4. Spread melted chocolate evenly over the graham cracker base.
  5. In a bowl, mix thawed whipped topping and protein powder until smooth.
  6. Spread the protein mixture over the chocolate layer.
  7. Place remaining 9 graham crackers on top and press down lightly.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  9. Lift out with parchment, slice into squares, and serve immediately.
