Creamy, high-protein frozen yogurt bites dipped in a rich chocolate shell.

Ingredients

1/2 cup greek yogurt (full fat)
1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Drop 4-8 mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals in the microwave.
  5. Dip the frozen mounds into the chocolate to coat completely.
  6. Top with flaky sea salt and freeze for another 10 minutes to set.

Notes

  • Keep frozen until ready to eat.
  • Let sit for 2 minutes before biting for the best texture.
