A creamy, high-protein frozen dessert made with cottage cheese, honey, and peanut butter for a healthy ice cream alternative.

Ingredients

2 cups (16 oz) full fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup honey
2 Tablespoons peanut butter
2 Tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, honey, and peanut butter to a food processor or high powered blender.
  2. Pulse and process until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a spatula.
  4. Pour the mixture back into the cottage cheese container or a loaf pan.
  5. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours, or until hard.
  6. Remove from the freezer and let thaw for 5-10 minutes until scoopable.
  7. Scoop into bowls and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cottage cheese for the best creamy texture.
  • If frozen overnight, let it sit on the counter for 15 minutes before scooping.
