A healthy, no-bake frozen snack featuring creamy Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries and bananas, all coated in a crisp dark chocolate shell and sprinkled with nuts.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups strawberries (chopped)
1 large banana (chopped)
½ cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon honey
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
chopped roasted + salted peanuts (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Add fruit, yogurt and honey to a large bowl and gently stir until combined.
  2. Scoop mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  3. Melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second increments in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  4. Remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer. Using a spoon, coat each one in chocolate. Do not dip them directly into the bowl.
  5. Quickly sprinkle with chopped peanuts before the chocolate hardens.
  6. Place clusters in the freezer until chocolate has fully hardened. Enjoy frozen.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
  • For a vegan version, use maple syrup, plant-based yogurt, and dairy-free chocolate.
  • You can substitute peanuts with any other chopped nuts or seeds.
  • Do not dip the frozen clusters directly into the chocolate, as it will harden and clump.
