Decadent bars featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, rich cheesecake filling, and semisweet chocolate chips. The perfect easy dessert for any occasion.

1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
0.33 cups unsalted butter (melted)
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
0.75 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Pre-bake for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour filling over the slightly cooled crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
  5. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing.

Notes

  • For clean slices, use a hot knife wiped clean between cuts.
  • Bars can be frozen for up to 2 months.
  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
