Delicious no-bake protein balls that taste exactly like cake batter. Perfect for a quick healthy snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup cashew butter
2 scoops (50-60 grams) vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sprinkles of choice

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, cashew butter, protein powder, maple syrup, extracts, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir diligently until a thick dough forms; use your hands to knead the dough if necessary.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of almond milk if the mixture is too dry to hold its shape.
  4. Fold in the sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop and roll the dough into 24 even balls.
  6. Chill for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator to allow them to set.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  • Use refined coconut oil on your hands if the dough is too sticky while rolling.
