No-bake, creamy protein bites with the flavor of blueberry cheesecake. A healthy, high-protein snack perfect for on-the-go energy.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened (or plant-based alternative)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a uniform dough forms.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries until just combined, being careful not to crush them.
  3. Using a scoop or tablespoon, portion the dough and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • For a drier mixture, add an extra tablespoon of oats or protein powder. For a wetter mixture, add a teaspoon of milk or water.
  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing.
  • These bites freeze well for up to 2 months.
